What now - 47H leaving and what to do?

We had a discussion in the chat about it today evening and the only thing that is really sure is one:
Everyone's a bit confused.

47 H, the actual VGM, is leaving, and the question that is there ATM is: What now?
What will happen ? Does this affect the federation at all? Will you, hangman, do all the needed work?

Is there a possible guy following ? Do you already have someone in mind ?
Is there anything we shall know or will we all get a great surpirse at the PPV-Show ?

I think you should take over Kal, you've put a good amount of work into this already

of course I don't see you as being a VGM, I've already got an idea about that

As far as I have seen, Pavo and Jaw Breaker are both new VGm, is that right?
I would like to have a little more insight on those decision, I mean, at least to get to know about them

you will all find about that tomorrow at the PPV and dont things are under control.
